Affordable housing is hard to come by—especially when you’re looking for a spacious home for your family. Well, we have good news! 70 Manchester Drive, in the beautiful community of Arden Heights, has recently had a price reduction, bringing it to only $449,000!

The perks of the house are not just its interior features or yard. Surrounding the community are many places to eat and shop, including the Village Greens Shopping Center to the north. To the west of the house, you also have the South Shore Golf Course, with the Arden Heights Woods to the east. There are a few buses that service the area, and the West Shore Expressway is right above the Shopping Center, so transportation is no problem. In addition, there are many public, private, and Catholic schools in the area for your children to attend. Getting around is also not too much of a hassle, as the West Shore Expressway is not too far. If you prefer to take public transportation, you also have a few options. On Rosedale Avenue, you can hop on the s74, which will take you to the St. George Ferry Terminal or the Bricktown Mall; or you can take the s55 on Arden Avenue, you will get you to Rossville or the Staten Island Mall. In addition, the x22 express bus travels along Rosedale Avenue and will take you to the Goethals Bridge and into Midtown Manhattan.
If you wish to enroll your children in public school, some schools in the area are P.S. 4, at 200 Nedra Lane; P.S. 36, at 255 Ionia Avenue; P.S. 56, at 250 Kramer Avenue; P.S. 42, at 380 Genesee Avenue; I.S. 75, at 455 Huguenot Avenue; I.S. 7, at 1270 Huguenot Avenue; and Tottenville High School, at 100 Luten Avenue. If you would prefer a Catholic school, students may attend the nearby Our Lady Star of the Sea, at 5411 Amboy Road; the St. Joseph/St. Thomas School, at 50 Maguire Avenue, and St. Joseph by the Sea High School, at 5150 Hylan Boulevard. In addition, you also have the private schools of Eltingville Lutheran School, at 300 Genesee Avenue; Yeshiva of Staten Island, at 1870 Drumgoole Road East; and the Francis School, at 4249 Amboy Road.
