Some of the public schools include P.S. 32, at 32 Elverton Avenue; I.S. 24, at 225 Cleveland Avenue; and the College of Staten Island High School for International Studies, at 100 Essex Drive. The Catholic schools in the area include the St. Clare School, at 151 Lindenwood Road; St. Patrick’s School, at 3560 Richmond Road; and Monsignor Farrell High School, at 2900 Richmond Road. Then, you also have a number of private schools, including the Eltingville Lutheran School, at 300 Genesee Avenue; the Rabbi Jacob Joseph School, at 400 Caswell Avenue; and the Francis School, at 4240 Amboy Road. The schools mentioned here should only be used as a point of reference and may not be those this particular home is zoned for, nor its attendance eligibility requirements. As for your private schools, you have the Rabbi Jacob Joseph School, at 400 Caswell Avenue, and the Francis School, at 4240 Amboy Road. Most of the homes in this neighborhood is comprised of townhouses, however, there are a number of condos, semi-detached and detached houses as well.
The two top sales for this neighborhood are both single-family new construction that were built in 2011 on Presentation Circle. These new construction homes were built with slightly less than two thousand square feet of interior space. The most notable sale was at 115 Presentation Circle for $495,025 in November. This home has just below thirty-five hundred square feet of property, which is quite larger than the other homes built on the same block. The second sale was at 117 Presentation Circle for $476,574 in November. This home has a little over nineteen hundred square feet of property. This sold for less since the property size is smaller than it is at 115 Presentation Circle.
The lowest price sale in this area was a single-family home in the Aspen Knolls community. In November, 235 Aspen Knolls Way was sold for $256,500. This home was newly constructed in 2000 on five hundred square feet of property and has just above thirteen hundred square feet of interior living space.
