On a lovely residential block in the neighborhood of Great Kills, you will find our latest listing: 337 Abingdon Avenue. If you would prefer a private school, you have the Rabbi Jacob Joseph School, at 400 Caswell Avenue; the Eltingville Lutheran School, at 300 Genesee Avenue; and the Francis School, at 4240 Amboy Road. To the south of the Staten Island Mall, below Arthur Kill Road, you will find a block of beautifully maintained homes on Leverett Avenue. One of these homes is 506 Leverett Avenue. We’ve already mentioned that the Staten Island Mall is to the north of the home. Even closer still, is Waldbaum’s Supermarket and King Kullen Grocery, which are located within Greenridge Plaza. There are many other places to shop and eat around the home, putting aside the remainder of stores located within Greenridge Plaza. There is also a handful of parks in the vicinity. These include King Fisher Park and Siedenburg Park, to the east, in addition to Latourette Park and Golf Course, to the north. Heading further southeast, you have Great Kills Park, with its marina.
The best part, however, is the number of options you have for public transportation, which surrounds the house. On Leverett Avenue, you can take the x7 or x8 express buses into Midtown or Lower Manhattan, respectively. Further east, you can take the s54 on Giffords Lane,which will take you to points between West New Brighton and Eltingville. To the north, you have Arthur Kill Road, where you can access the s74 to the St. George Ferry Terminal or the Bricktown Mall, or the s15 express bus into Lower Manhattan. To the west of the house is Richmond Avenue, where you have several other options. The local buses that run along this street are the s59, to Port Richmond or Tottenville; the s89, to Eltingville or Bayonne, New Jersey; and the s79, to the Staten Island Mall or Bay, Ridge Brooklyn. Your express bus options on this street are the x1 and x5 into Midtown Manhattan, as well as the x4 into Lower Manhattan.
