Good news, a newly listed home by RealEstateSINY.com, located at 34A Selvin Loop, is likely just what you are looking for. The home is close to hardware and home furnishing stores, clothing stores, cheap gas stations, a movie theater, and many places to eat. It is also close to the Staten Island Expressway and the Goethals Bridge, making your commute that much easier. Don’t be fooled, though. While this may seem too good to be true, being near all of these facilities, the home is actually in a community below Forest Avenue and to the east of South Avenue, which

gives you access to a pool and tennis court. Nevertheless, while the neighborhood has a tranquil ambiance much of your shopping needs are within walking distance of the home.
When you first enter the home, you will be greeted by a coat closet to your left. The room expands into the living room, which has a great setup, is nicely decorated, and takes up most of the first floor. All in all, it’s very cozy. Past the living room, you will have the eat-in-kitchen, which is already equipped with a new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Off the kitchen, you have the laundry room, which doubles as a pantry. There’s no need to go shopping for an expensive washing machine or dryer, because the house already provides you with them. Once you are done with this floor, you may ascend the staircase ahead. On this floor, you will find the full bathroom to the far left. This glorious room is quite clean and has been given a new vanity and floor. Past the bathroom, you have the

master bedroom. This extra-large bedroom currently has an office set up in addition to the bedroom space. There is also a very large walk-in closet to your left, as you enter the room. Once you are done ogling the master bedroom, you may ascend the second flight of stairs to the third floor, which houses the second bedroom. While it may not be as extravagant as the master bedroom, this room has all the room you may need for a relative or guest.
As mentioned above, the home is very close to the Staten Island Expressway and the Goethals Bridge. Taking this into consideration, there is a bus stop for the x30 on South Avenue, which you may quickly walk to from the house. This bus will take you into Midtown Manhattan. Furthermore, on South Avenue, you have a bus stop for the s46, which travels to the St. George Ferry Terminal or to the West Shore Plaza.
There are a number of great schools in the area for your second-bedroom-occupant to attend. The public schools in the area are P.S. 22, at 1860 Forest Avenue; P.S. 44, at 80 Maple Parkway; P.S. 60, at 55 Merrill Avenue; I.S. 51, at 20 Houston Street; Port Richmond High School, at 85 St. Joseph’s Avenue; the Staten Island School of Civic Leadership, at 280 Regis Drive; the Staten Island Residential Center, at 1133 Forest Hill Road; and Susan E. Wagner High School, at 1200 Manor Road. The closest Catholic schools to the home are the St. Adalbert School, at 355 Morningstar Road; Moore Catholic High School, at 100 Merrill Avenue; and St. Patrick High School, at 221 Court Street. The Rabbi Jacob Joseph School is also nearby, at 400 Caswell Avenue. The schools are only to be used as a point of reference, attendance eligibility should be verified by your local school board.
