On Staten Island, it’s almost impossible to find a 24-hour doorman to greet you when you arrive.  Elevators await, ready to take you up to your cozy apartment.  With a tiled entryway and brand new rugs, this freshly-painted, two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to call home.  As you walk in, you will find a large closet to your left.  Behind the closet, on the other side of the wall, will be the dining room, with the living room ahead of you, making the two open rooms hourglass-shaped.  Between the two rooms, in the northwestern-most part of the house, you will find the galley kitchen; all three rooms are in mint-condition.  Leaving the kitchen and making a left turn, you will find a hallway past the living room.  To your left, you will find another large closet.  Past the closet is the entry for a bedroom.  Once inside, you will begin to realize that this home has no shortage of closet space.  Across the hall from this bedroom, you will find a spotless, full bathroom, with more storage space.  When you leave this bathroom, your only option would be to enter the door to your right.  Upon entering, you will find yourself in the master bedroom.  To your right, you will find another full bathroom.  Adjacent to the bathroom is the master bedroom’s large, walk-in closet, which concludes the tour.  Additional on-site amenities include a laundry facility and an in-ground pool, which you may enjoy all summer.  The maintenance fee includes central air conditioning, gas, heat, indoor and outdoor maintenance, sewer maintenance, snow removal, hot water, the pool, and even taxes.

For those of you looking for an easy commute and a carefree living, your search is over.  Transportation is great, as the s53 travels on Clove Road, taking passengers to Port Richmond or into Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.  The x14 express bus also passes by the house, taking the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into West Midtown Manhattan.  Walking a bit further down to Victory Boulevard, you also have access to a few more local buses, which will take you to different parts of Staten Island.  Arguably, the more glorious aspect of the home is its proximity to Clove Lakes Park.  Basically right outside The Fountains, you will find the nearly 200-acre park.  A little less than half of the park is preserved woodlands, with four lakes connected by streams, where people can actually use row boats.  During the winter season, the park opens their indoor ice-skating rink.  Included in the beautiful scenery is Staten Island’ largest living organism, the 107-foot tall, 300-year old tulip tree.  Aside from the magnificent views, Clove Lakes Park has picnic grounds, playgrounds, a ball field, and jogging trails.

In the vicinity, there are many schools for children to attend.  The closest public schools are P.S. 29, at 1581 Victory Boulevard; P.S. 45, at 58 Lawrence Avenue; P.S. 35, at 60 Foote Avenue; the Michael J. Petrides School, at 715 Ocean Terrace; I.S. 27, at 11 Clove Lake Place; and Concord High School, at 109 Rhine Avenue.  Among the Catholic schools in the area are the St. Teresa School, at 1632 Victory Boulevard; Sacred Heart School, at 301 North Burgher Avenue; Notre Dame Academy High School, at 134 Howard Avenue; and St. Peter’s High School for Boys, at 200 Clinton Avenue.  The nearest schools are St. John’s Lutheran School, at 663 Manor Road, and Miraj Islamic School, at 307 Victory Boulevard.
