Old world charm with modern amenities was just listed by Geralyn Liverani & Susan Frazier of RealEstateSINY.com
In the neighborhood of Tottenville, you will find a variety of house styles. Prominent among these are Colonial-style houses, such as the house at 130 Craig Avenue, our latest listing.
Located on a quiet and wide street, this beautiful home is positioned on an oversized corner lot. As you pull into the long driveway leading to the house’s garage, you will find yourself in what appears to be a country setting. As you enter this beautiful house, you will find yourself torn between the living room and dining room, which both have gleaming wooden flooring. To your left is the enormous living room, where you will find that bay window you had seen from outside. To your right is the equally enormous dining room, which has two large windows and recessed lighting. Between these two rooms is a staircase, which we will keep in mind for the latter part of our tour. Continuing past the dining room is the recently
renovated kitchen which has a large center island, oak cabinets, and granite countertops. The appliances included in the house are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator, a stove, and a dishwasher. At the end of the kitchen is a mysterious door, but we will get to that after. Past this door is a full bathroom, which is followed by a nice-sized bedroom. This bedroom can be easily converted into an office or another room of your choice. Now that you have finished your tour of the first floor’s rooms, you can go back to that door in the kitchen. By walking through this door, you will exit out into the backyard of the house. In this backyard, you will find a lovely covered patio with pavers. Upon exiting the patio, you will find yourself on a well-maintained lawn, where you have a large shed.

Back in the house, you may now return to that staircase we saw at the beginning of our tour.
As you ascend the steps, you will find yourself in a hallway with four doors. On the western side of the house, you will find two large bedrooms which each have two windows, two closets, and wooden flooring. To the right, at the far end of the house, you will find yet another full bathroom. Wrapping back around to the main façade of the house, you will find the master bedroom. The bedroom, like the others, has wooden flooring. However, this room is larger and has two sets of windows and three closets. From this floor,

The house itself was constructed in the Cape Cod style, having beautiful canvas awnings and one other feature quite common amongst Capes: this beautifully landscaped house may look small, but once you get inside, you will soon find that looks can indeed be deceiving.
As you enter the house, you will find two rooms just ahead: a nice-sized living room to the left and an eat-in-kitchen to the right. The kitchen is already equipped with a marvelous stainless steel refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave. Past these rooms are two bedrooms, though one is currently being used as a dining room. Heading up the stairs, you will find two more bedrooms: the large master bedroom and a

While it might be true in certain instances, it’s surely not with our latest listing located on 35 Arrowood Dr.

First let’s start with the homes dimensions: it stands at 20 feet wide and 35 feet deep. Basically, that’s unparalleled by many semi-attached homes on Staten Island, which
usually don’t exceed more than 18 feet wide–and even that stands on the larger side. So, if your emphasis is size, there is little in the way of accomplishing that in this particular condo. As a matter of fact, this unit happens to be an end unit, making it rare for both size and availability within the Woodbrooke Estates community.
Size alone isn’t just this home’s selling point; it’s an assortment of great factors that make the purchase of the home of particular value to its next homeowner. The community itself provides an array of great features that are covered under the home’s maintenance cost. Let’s start with the Olympic sized pool, and never having to have the chore of maintaining your own pool. Part of owning that house includes having to foot the bill for electricity. If you haven’t owned a pool, it’s not fun picking up the blue colored envelope in the mail come July, August and September. Also, let’s not forget that the development also has a lifeguard assigned to the pool during the summer months.
The development also has a children’s playground, tennis courts, and provides the snow removal services during the winter months. Consequently, when you figure the costs of having to hire the associated services with a standard home, the cost for maintenance costs is rather nominal, which is approximately $250 a month.
Let’s look at the home itself: outside you will find that the current homeowner took a great amount of time keeping the landscaping manicured to near perfection. The home, like I stated earlier, is an end unit. So not only does it have a front yard, it also has a side and backyard. Speaking of, the back yard is as large as you’ll find in the development. The condo’s backyard is accessible from sliding glass doors from the basement. The yard also has a paver patio next to the home, with the benefit of an almost new retractable awning.
Let’s look at what this home has from the point of entry, which is of course the front door. Upon entering, it brings you to the combination living/dining room. This is where the 20
foot wide end unit shows its prowess over other units within the condo development. First the space gives you the feel of a completely open layout. Even if you’re hosting a number of guests, the space won’t have you or your guests feeling cramped. Not to forget mentioning the unit being an end unit, natural light is able to spill in from the home’s side window. It’s a feature that enhances the unit’s openness.
The home has received tens of thousands in upgrades.
Just off the dining room you will find the home’s completely renovated ½ bath. While we’re on the renovation of this bathroom, let’s look at some of the

end street of only a few houses, this home definitely worth a closer look. When you first journey to the house, you can bring your entire family, as there is parking in the driveway for three cars. Gorgeous houses are hard to come by—especially at great prices. If you look in New Jersey’s Monmouth County, however, you will find just that. Included in these beautiful houses is the latest listing by Geralyn Liverani and Susan Frazier of Keller Williams of Monmouth County, located at 27 Jennifer Drive, in Howell NJ.
As you travel to the house, you will find it to be on a quiet street, close to just about all the places to which you will ever need to travel. Pulling into the two-car driveway, you will find this beautifully-landscaped site to be just as breathtaking as the architecture, itself. The
driveway leads to a two car garage, which it closer to the street than the rest of the house. To the left of the garage is the front door. From the foyer, you will find an enormous living room which turns (literally) into a dining room. Both rooms have bamboo wood flooring and are big enough for a large family. Between these two rooms is the large, eat-in-kitchen, which has a ceramic tile floor and stainless steel appliances, including a stove and a dishwasher.
On a lovely residential block in the neighborhood of Great Kills, you will find our latest listing: 337 Abingdon Avenue. As you pull into the driveway of this three-story home you may think that the house looks a bit small, but once you enter, you will find that it is actually quite large, as it is very long.
When you enter the house, you will be to the right of the garage. Past the garage, you have your basic utilities, including a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a fairly new half-bathroom here, which has ceramic tiles and a custom vanity. To your right is a set of ascending stairs, which we will get to shortly. Past the bathroom is the family room, which has new ceramic tile flooring and a door which leads to the backyard. In the backyard, you will find new concrete pavement and a PVC fence, as well as a trex deck with a retractable awning.

As you ascend the stairs to the second floor, you will find yourself in a spacious living room,
which has a large picture window. Extending into the middle of this floor, the living room turns into a dining room, which would be great for entertaining. Past this is the eat-in-kitchen, which has fairly new sliders leading to the trex® (synthetic wood) deck. There is also a half bathroom just off the kitchen and just before the second flight of stairs.

Detached houses are hard to come by like our latest real estate listing on Canton Avenue, in Staten Island’s Annadale section. What’s even harder is trying to find a nice, elegant house to suit your needs—those being the location of the house and its interior features. On Canton Avenue, right between the South Shore Country Club and the Arden Heights Woods, you will find the perfect house for a small family. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the entry foyer, where you are just four ascending steps away from admiring the rooms of the main floor. As you walk up these steps, you will be greeted by an excess of natural light radiating the living room by
means of a bay window. Following the ceiling’s decorative molding across the room, you will find a large opening which is lighted by a second bay window. This is the dining room, where you have that same decorative molding wrapping around the ceiling. Following that same molding all the way around the room, you will find yet another opening, where you can see the beautiful, new kitchen. In here you will find a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher among granite counters. You will also find sliders here, which lead to the side deck. Outside on the deck, you will find yourself sheltered by a retractable awning as you walk around to the large backyard. As you walk by, you will pass many chairs and tables which lead to a bench and a lovely seating area. As you leave the deck and walk onto the large grassy area, you will find a large shed in the northwest corner of the lot.
Back inside, you can exit the kitchen to access the rest of the rooms in the house. Passing the kitchen, you will find a door to your right which leads to the new full bathroom, which has a beautifully-tiled floor and a granite counter. Past this room, you have a bedroom, which has wood flooring and a nice-sized closet. Next to this room is the master bedroom, where you have yet another nice-sized closet, as well as another sliding door leading out onto the deck.
On this floor, you have access to the attic, which is mainly used for storage. If you journey back to the entry foyer, however, you will find another set of stairs descending into the basement. In this fully-finished basement, you will find a lovely full kitchen, followed by a new bathroom, which is reminiscent of the main floor’s bathroom. Beside these two rooms, you have yet another living room and dining room, with another window to light your placemat. At the other end of the house, you will find another window, which is accompanied by a storage room and closets.
If you’ve never been to the area, you will be amazed to see the options offered to you. You have plenty of places to shop and eat, and you’re right in between a beautiful park and a golf course. Additionally, transportation is not sparse. Right on Woodrow Road, which is just below the house, you have the bus options: two express and one local. The local bus is the s56, which will take you to either Huguenot or the Staten Island Mall.
Read moreIn 1970, Mayor Lindsay announced a proposal for the City’s first large-scale planned-unit development. This development, known as Village Greens, was originally planned to consist of nine “villages” of looped, one-way streets, which would be occupied by townhouses. For reasons unknown, possibly due to financial constraints, the community was built with fewer “villages” than expected. But that wasn’t the case with this particular development, which is what makes this area so unique. While the remaining streets may not be included in the community, they still have their own wonderful features and are just as beautiful as the Village Greens.
