If you’ve been looking for the perfect spot for your office, the search is over.

In Bay Ridge Brooklyn, you will find the perfect set-up at 317 Marine Parkway, which is located on a mostly-residential block at a busy intersection between 3rd and 4th Avenues.

Since 1965, this brick building has been operated as a medical practice.  Inside, you will find a waiting room with a beautiful waterfall display.  Further along are a bathroom and the doctor’s office, which has its own desk and filing cabinets.  Considering its use as a medical office building, there are three examination rooms a lab-type room with a sink, and a storage room.  Obviously, this would be ideal for a variety of clinical and general practice uses; however, with a bit of a makeover, it can be used for any type of office.  Throughout the building, natural light shines on the ceramic tiling by means of the numerous windows and three Air Conditioning units cool the hot, summer days.  At a price of $1900 plus utilities, this place is definitely worth it.  There are two spaces for cars and, if desired, you have the option of sharing the space, as well.

DOceana Drive Condouring the latter part of the nineteenth century, the southern portion of land in Brooklyn, which is currently located below the Shore Parkway, was converted into a beach resort. By 1910, the hotels began to close down as amusement parks began to open. Eventually, there were no longer any hotels and the “summer resort” only welcomed residents of New York City who would visit for just a day. By the twentieth century, however, all that began to change.

At the turn of the century, the Muss Development Company decided to bring summer resorts back to Brooklyn using a fifteen-acre site. On the site, the company decided not to build a hotel, but rather an oceanfront community. Between 2001 and 2007Oceana Drive Waterfront Condo in Brooklyn, a fifteen-building condominium complex was constructed in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn. The complex was quite a switch from what residents of the City were used to seeing. In fact, in 2003, it was a finalist for the National Association of Home Builders award due to its architectural beauty. While it did not win, it certainly turned some heads.

The complex is known as Oceana Condominium and Club. It is situated right above the beach and is home to 865 apartments. Past the gated entryway to the complex, which is guarded twenty-four hours a day, chamomile grows next to the sidewalks. Chamomile, as you may know, is known for its stress-relieving aroma, which added to the relaxation sensation of a summer resort.
